We build AI interviews and hiring pipelines for employers, universities and the students between them.

## What we make

Octrahire gives every candidate a structured interview with an AI interviewer, by voice and video, in English or Arabic, and gives employers and university careers teams one pipeline from first interview to offer or placement. Every score shows the answer behind it, and a person makes every decision.

## Who we are

Octrahire is a product of Klipit by BOVA. The company behind it is Bova Infotech Pvt. Ltd., registered in Bengaluru, India, with a presence in Dubai, UAE. Octrahire went live on octrahire.ai in October 2026.

## What we believe

- Everyone who applies deserves a real first interview
- A person, not a model, makes every hiring decision
- Every score should show the evidence behind it
- Candidates should know what is recorded, and be able to delete it
