### Can we use our own questions?

Yes. Octrahire drafts questions from the role and your team edits them, or you use your own question bank.

### Does the AI reject candidates?

No. Rejecting or hiring a candidate needs a person, who must record a reason. Candidates can ask for a person to review their interview.
