> Add Octrahire to ChatGPT as a custom connector, sign in with your Octrahire account and act on candidates after you confirm. Codex works too. In beta.

Ask ChatGPT about your candidates and interviews, and act on the answer, with Octrahire checking your permissions at every step.

## What connects, and its status

- **ChatGPT custom connector** (In beta): Add Octrahire in ChatGPT's developer mode and sign in with your Octrahire account.
- **Actions you confirm** (In beta): Move a candidate, invite to an interview, schedule, add a note or draft an offer, each after you confirm.
- **Candidate cards in ChatGPT** (In beta): Candidate, scorecard and comparison cards inside the conversation, in English and Arabic.
- **Codex** (In beta): OpenAI's coding agent can sign in with your Octrahire account, or use a read-only personal token.

Available: live in production today. In beta: deployed and usable today; it may still change. Coming soon: not usable yet.

## What it does in ChatGPT

- Search interviews and answer questions about candidates, citing what they said
- Compare candidates for a role side by side
- Take the next step, such as an interview invite or a stage move, after you confirm it

## How to add it

Octrahire is not in ChatGPT's app directory, so you add it as a custom connector: turn on developer mode in ChatGPT's settings and add a connector with the address below. Each person signs in with their own Octrahire account. On business plans, a workspace admin may need to allow custom connectors first.

Connector address:

```
https://api.octrahire.ai/api/v1/assistant/mcp
```

## Codex

Add this to ~/.codex/config.toml, then run codex mcp login octrahire to sign in with your Octrahire account:

config.toml:

```
[mcp_servers.octrahire]
url = "https://api.octrahire.ai/api/v1/assistant/mcp"
```

To use a read-only personal token instead, make one in Octrahire under Ask across interviews, set OCTRAHIRE_TOKEN in your environment and add bearer_token_env_var = "OCTRAHIRE_TOKEN".

## Directory listing

Octrahire is not listed in ChatGPT's app directory yet. Add it as a custom connector with the address above.
