# Octrahire for Claude: your interviews in Claude via MCP

Ask Claude about your candidates and interviews, with every answer tied to what candidates actually said.

## What connects, and its status

- **Claude on the web, desktop and mobile** (In beta): A custom connector you add in Claude's settings and sign in to with your Octrahire account.
- **Claude Code** (In beta): Added with one command. Sign in with your Octrahire account, or use a read-only personal token.
- **Actions you confirm** (In beta): Move a candidate, invite to an interview, schedule, add a note, submit a scorecard or draft an offer.
- **Candidate cards in Claude** (In beta): Candidate, scorecard and comparison cards inside the conversation, in English and Arabic.

Available: live in production today. In beta: deployed and usable today; it may still change. Coming soon: not usable yet.

## Claude on the web, desktop and mobile

In Claude's settings, add a custom connector with the address below. Sign in with the code we email you and choose what Claude may do. There is no token to copy.

## Claude Code

Add the server, then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in with your Octrahire account:

A read-only personal token still works: make one under Ask across interviews, Connect an assistant, and pass it in an Authorization header. Either way, Claude acts as you, sees only what you can see, and can be disconnected at any time.

## Things to ask

- Who mentioned a notice period over 60 days for the Dubai sales role?
- What did candidates for the finance analyst role say about IFRS 16? Quote them.
- Show me the transcript where the candidate talked about leading a night shift.

## How do I connect Octrahire to Claude?

In beta: in Claude's settings, add a custom connector with Octrahire's MCP address and sign in with your Octrahire account; in Claude Code, run claude mcp add with the same address. Claude can then search your interviews, answer questions with quotes, compare candidates and read reports, following blind review, and move, invite, schedule or draft an offer after you confirm. Octrahire is not in Claude's connector directory yet.
