# Hand new hires to ZenHR, Darwinbox or your HR system

> When an offer is accepted, Octrahire hands the new hire to ZenHR or Darwinbox, or by SFTP and CSV for on-premise software. In beta; more systems coming.

When a candidate accepts, the new hire appears in your HR system without anyone typing it in again. In beta for ZenHR, Darwinbox, SFTP and CSV.

## What connects, and its status

- **ZenHR** (In beta): A direct connection that creates the new hire in ZenHR.
- **Darwinbox** (In beta): A direct connection that adds the new hire in Darwinbox.
- **SFTP and CSV** (In beta): A file with your field mapping, for on-premise systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite or Menaitech.
- **Global HR systems** (Coming soon): Through a unified HR connector, for systems such as Workday HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

Available: live in production today. In beta: deployed and usable today; it may still change. Coming soon: not usable yet.

## What is handed over

The new hire's details from the accepted offer, such as name, contact details, job title, start date and pay, mapped to your HR system's fields. You choose the mapping once; Octrahire records each hand-off, retries when the HR system is busy, and shows any that fail with the system's own message.

## What you need

- ZenHR: your ZenHR admin creates an OAuth application in ZenHR, enters its details in Octrahire and signs in
- Darwinbox: API access for your company, which Darwinbox gives on request
- SFTP: the server address, a key or password, and the folder your HR system imports from. Or download the CSV and import it yourself

Global HR systems through a unified connector are coming soon. Until then, use SFTP or CSV for them.
