Hiring alerts in your Teams channels and notes from the interviews you run on Teams, today. Approvals and scorecards from a Teams app are being built.

## What connects, and its status

- **Channel alerts** (Available): Notes ready, scorecard due or overdue, debrief ready, candidate moved and tomorrow's interviews, as cards in English or Arabic.
- **Notetaker in Teams meetings** (Available): Joins Teams interviews from your Microsoft calendar after the candidate agrees, and writes the notes.
- **Approvals in the Teams app** (Coming soon): Approve or decline requisitions and offers from a card.
- **Scorecards in the Teams app** (Coming soon): Submit your scorecard from a card after the interview.
- **Interview finished cards and a daily digest** (Coming soon): The score, a summary and a link when an AI interview ends, and one message a day.
- **Ask Octrahire in chat** (Coming soon): Ask a question about your interviews in a Teams chat.

Available: live in production today. In beta: deployed and usable today; it may still change. Coming soon: not usable yet.

## Alerts, today

Create a Teams workflow that posts to a channel when a webhook request is received, and paste its address into Octrahire's notification settings. Choose which events the channel gets and its language.

Alerts wait for your workspace's quiet hours, and follow blind review, so a channel never sees a name the hiring board hides.

## The Teams app, being built

The Teams app uses Adaptive Cards, so a hiring manager can approve an offer or submit a scorecard without opening Octrahire. Each person links their Teams account to their Octrahire seat once, so every button press is checked against their permissions and recorded.

It is not in the Teams store yet.

## Does Octrahire work with Microsoft Teams?

Yes. Today Octrahire posts hiring alerts to Teams channels as cards, in English or Arabic, respecting quiet hours and blind review, and its notetaker joins Teams interviews from your Microsoft calendar once the candidate agrees. A Teams app for approving requisitions and offers, submitting scorecards and asking questions in chat is being built.

## Questions

### Does the notetaker record Teams calls without consent?

No. The candidate gets a notice before the call, and if they decline nothing is recorded. The notetaker shows its name in the call, and anyone in the call can remove it.
