Rin, Elodie, Nizar and Advait are Octrahire's AI interviewers. They are not real people, but we gave each one a personality, so an interview feels like a conversation instead of a form. Each round of your interview is run by a different one.

Listens for: A clear structure: what, why, then how.

Usually runs: Technical deep-dives, senior roles and interviews in Arabic.

Usually runs: Coding, data and graduate interviews on campus.

Listens for: Evidence: numbers, tests and what you checked.

What happens in an Octrahire AI interview?

The candidate opens the interview in a browser, with nothing to install, and talks to an AI interviewer by voice and video in English or Arabic. Each round has its own interviewer: Rin runs HR, Elodie case studies, Nizar technical deep-dives and Advait coding and graduate rounds. The interviewer says it is AI at the start, asks one question at a time and follows up on the answer. In a coding round the candidate writes code, then explains and defends it by speaking or typing.
