Octrahire is not a misspelling of OctoHires and is not affiliated with it. Octrahire's live follow-ups and hands-on rounds ask candidates to explain and defend their own work as they go, and integrity signals, such as tab switches, are shown to the reviewer as advisory notes.

Octrahire may suit you better if

  • You hire or place people and want a fair, structured first interview
  • You want candidates to show real work, then explain and defend it live
  • You need English and Arabic
