Alerts, today
Create a Teams workflow that posts to a channel when a webhook request is received, and paste its address into Octrahire's notification settings. Choose which events the channel gets and its language.
Alerts wait for your workspace's quiet hours, and follow blind review, so a channel never sees a name the hiring board hides.
The Teams app, being built
The Teams app uses Adaptive Cards, so a hiring manager can approve an offer or submit a scorecard without opening Octrahire. Each person links their Teams account to their Octrahire seat once, so every button press is checked against their permissions and recorded.
It is not in the Teams store yet.
Does Octrahire work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Today Octrahire posts hiring alerts to Teams channels as cards, in English or Arabic, respecting quiet hours and blind review, and its notetaker joins Teams interviews from your Microsoft calendar once the candidate agrees. A Teams app for approving requisitions and offers, submitting scorecards and asking questions in chat is being built.
Questions, answered
Pick a question. Octra has the answer.
No. The candidate gets a notice before the call, and if they decline nothing is recorded. The notetaker shows its name in the call, and anyone in the call can remove it.
Does the notetaker record Teams calls without consent?
No. The candidate gets a notice before the call, and if they decline nothing is recorded. The notetaker shows its name in the call, and anyone in the call can remove it.
