MCP server
Octrahire's MCP server lets AI assistants search your interviews, ask questions across them, read reports and act on candidates after you confirm. It is in beta.
Status
OAuth sign-in
In betaAdd Octrahire in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and sign in with your Octrahire account.
Actions you confirm
In betaMove, invite, schedule, note, scorecard, draft offer and draft role. Moves, invites, scheduling, scorecards and offers wait for your yes.
Cards inside the assistant (MCP Apps)
In betaCandidate, scorecard and comparison views, in English and Arabic, in hosts that show MCP Apps.
Personal tokens, read-only
In betaStill work in clients that let you set a header: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and others.
Available: live in production today. In beta: deployed and usable today; it may still change. Coming soon: not usable yet.
Server address
https://api.octrahire.ai/api/v1/assistant/mcpIt speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP and signs you in with OAuth: you sign in with the code we email you and choose which permissions the assistant gets. A personal token is the other way in: open Ask across interviews in Octrahire and choose Connect an assistant. The token is shown once, only reads, and can be revoked at any time. Both act as you and follow blind review.
Claude and ChatGPT
In Claude's settings, on the web, desktop or mobile, add a custom connector with the server address above. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode and add a custom connector with the same address. Then sign in with your Octrahire account. Octrahire is not listed in the Claude or ChatGPT directories yet.
Microsoft Copilot and Gemini Enterprise
In Copilot Studio, add an MCP tool to your agent with the server address above and OAuth sign-in; the agent can then be used in Microsoft 365 Copilot. In Gemini Enterprise, add a custom MCP connector with the same address.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http octrahire https://api.octrahire.ai/api/v1/assistant/mcpThen run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in. With a personal token instead, add --header "Authorization: Bearer $OCTRAHIRE_TOKEN".
Codex
In ~/.codex/config.toml, then run codex mcp login octrahire to sign in:
[mcp_servers.octrahire]
url = "https://api.octrahire.ai/api/v1/assistant/mcp"With a personal token instead, add bearer_token_env_var = "OCTRAHIRE_TOKEN" and set OCTRAHIRE_TOKEN in your environment.
Cursor
In ~/.cursor/mcp.json, or .cursor/mcp.json in a project. Cursor offers to sign in when it connects:
{
"mcpServers": {
"octrahire": {
"url": "https://api.octrahire.ai/api/v1/assistant/mcp"
}
}
}With a personal token instead, add "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer oha_your_token" }.
