What is handed over

The new hire's details from the accepted offer, such as name, contact details, job title, start date and pay, mapped to your HR system's fields. You choose the mapping once; Octrahire records each hand-off, retries when the HR system is busy, and shows any that fail with the system's own message.

What you need

  • ZenHR: your ZenHR admin creates an OAuth application in ZenHR, enters its details in Octrahire and signs in
  • Darwinbox: API access for your company, which Darwinbox gives on request
  • SFTP: the server address, a key or password, and the folder your HR system imports from. Or download the CSV and import it yourself

Global HR systems through a unified connector are coming soon. Until then, use SFTP or CSV for them.
